Keeping it unusually short today, it’s been a couple of "those weeks" when I’d like to throw my computer out the window. Then Monday, there was a moment or two that I was considering following it out the window… Two dead hard drives and three deadlines suddenly shifted forward by 10 days. Can you say S-T-R-E-S-S…
Probably not. Even though time now feels compressed, I have noticed that the hour I take out of the workday and force myself to the gym has actually improved my ability to focus and relax once I get back to the old keyboard. One of the trainers mentioned that exercise could reduce anxiety up to 50 percent. Its proven true this week… More next week, I promise!
More next week, I promise!
Have a great day in whatever your adventure.
To Life! To Success!
p.s. Although I am not much of a coffee drinker, he mentioned another way to reduce stress was to decrease caffeine. I had no idea that just two and a half cups of coffee doubles your epinephrine level.

Hi Sharon,
I couldn’t agree with you more that exercise helps us relax, by releasing endorphins and invigorating our mind and body. Lucky for me I teach pilates for a living and get to do it regularly. I’m off to teach a class and train.
Cheers!
