Maintenance Contracts

All our web and ecommerce sites are custom designed to your individual needs. Our content management system is user-friendly. Once complete, the beauty of our sites is that the content can be updated easily, even without any web-formatting experience.  Once set-up, there is no monthly charges to use the system. However many clients have found that they either don’t have the time or desire to maintain their site. To get the maximum "bang-for-your-buck" ongoing updates and maintenance is strongly suggested.

We have a maintenance plan that works great for each one of you!

We offer maintenance by the hour or by monthly contract. The monthly contract advantage to you is the savings over our hourly rate and your maintenance requests are assured to be first in line. The advantage to us—we can plan for your work each month assuring you that you will have our personal attention and quicker turn around time for your projects. We accept outside project work on a case-by-case basis depending on current clients’ needs and schedules.

- Premium Plan

Are you a serious online entrepreneur — highly motivated and want to move quickly?  You want to know that your website, ecommerce site and Internet marketing is being handled without having to worry about "the techie stuff" yourself. This plan contains all the Central Monthly Maintenance advantages, plus video, audio, podcast, blog, copywriting, online marketing consultation and SEO. The Premium Plan is a commitment to serious online marketing. It is important that we are a good fit for each other. Let’s talk to see if this plan is right for your needs.

(up to 20 hours per month - average: 5 hours per week)

- Central Monthly Maintenance

 Option 1: This package is for the online entrepreneur who desires updates and support on a smaller scale. This package assures you of the latest software updates and virus protection. Through our maintenance request ticket system we will make text updates to your website, simple design changes, updates to your shopping cart system, including autoresponders and products for up to 5 hour per month. We evaluate each service request, send you a change request with our understanding of the change required for your approval, the time (and/or dollar amount) that will be required to service your request.

Option 2: This package is for the online entrepreneur who desires updates and support on a mid-range scale. This package assures you of all of Option 1 (the latest software updates and virus protection. Through our maintenance request ticket system we will make text updates to your website, simple design changes, updates to your shopping cart system, including autoresponders and products) plus simple copy writing PLUS 5 extra hours per month (a total of up to 10 hours.) We evaluate each service request, send you a change request with our understanding of the change required for your approval, the time (and/or dollar amount) that will be required to service your request.

- Quarterly Basic Maintenance – Recommended for Optimal Website Performance

This package is for the online entrepreneur who has a need for minimal support. This package assures you of the latest software updates and virus protection. Through our maintenance request ticket system we will make text updates to your website, simple design changes, minimal updates to your shopping cart system for up to 2 hour per month. We evaluate each request, send you a change request with the time (and/or dollar amount) that will be required to service your request. This package is billed quarterly.
