• First draft and Two Rounds of Client Revisions (Additional revisions charged hourly rate of $150)

Custom web presence: new base install:
$1500 Personalized Custom template. Content management system. Custom five page setup.
First month of IE hosting free, (IE annual hosting required).

Advanced Customization: Call for Quote. (E.g., copywriting, logo creation, shopping cart, merchant account set-up, autoresponders, event management systems, e-zines and newsletters)

Site Hosting:  $12 per month+ Contract hosting available, call for fee discounts.

Minimum site update charge: $20.

Monthly web service contract available: Call for Quote.

Custom Web Applications: Call for Quote.

Web Copy Creation: (For estimation purposes, a web page holds up to 350 words).
First page:    $500
Pages 2 – 10    $350/page
Pages 11 – 30    $275/page
Pages 31+    $200/page

Marketing and Graphics: (Prices for estimation purposes).
Note: Printing quoted separately.

Company ID Program:

Logo Creation:    $1800 +.

Logo design: Letterhead. Envelope. Business card development. $2500 +  

Direct Mail:  $2500 + Postcards, Brochures, Catalogs

Media Kits: $2000 + Online or Offline.

Press Release: $350-550/page (price difference depends on level of research involved)

Terms
• Contract required for all jobs, no matter how small or how far back our business arrangement goes.
• Minimum project fee, $150. Payable 50% in advance.  Balance due upon delivery.
• Revisions must be assigned within 30 days of receipt of copy, unless otherwise arranged.  (If revision is based on a change in the assignment made after the copy has been submitted, revisions will be made at an hourly rate of $150).
• Estimated fee schedule is valid for 90 days from the date of receipt.
• Final proofreads are the responsibility of the client.
